Baby's First Outing

Besides our daily walks and a few trips to my parents house Layla hasn't had too many trips outside of our house while her immune system builds.  Her pediatrician said we can start taking her out at 6 weeks, so today my Mom and I took her on a little adventure to Middleburg, VA.  I've never been there before and it is a cute little town about 20 minutes away with tons of boutiques and cafes.  The weather was gorgeous and Layla was a perfect angel the whole time, she didn't make a single peep.  This gives me a lot more confidence to start taking her out on my own....maybe even the grocery store?!?

Mike and I (and Grammy and Grampa) alwaysa call Layla the nickname LuLu.  We call her all variations of LuLu such as LuLuBelle, LuLu Bear, Luligirl.  So I had to take a picture of my LuLu at the LouLou boutique!
