This is another article post, but a good read I think. As the only one of my close friends with a baby and the only family member that is currently a saty at home mom, I'm sure a lot of people wonder what it is I do all day. Before I took on the job of staying at home (and yes it is a job) I thought I would have tons of free time, the house would always be clean and dinner would always be on the table when my Husband got home. Then reality hit and I realized I do everything with one hand, sometimes it take me a week to do one load of laundry and dinner is coming out of the microwave. I'm certainly not complaining, staying at home is the most rewarding, amazing thing I've ever done and I'm grateful every day I don't have to drop L off at daycare. I just wanted to post this article for those who really have no idea what it's like.
