Da Bears

Well, hello football season. We meet again. I like to consider myself a 'football widow,' losing my husband every Sunday from September-February to $1 beers and 50 flat screens down at the Wing Factory. But that's ok, I'm a firm believer that to be a happy and functioning family, each person needs their own 'me time.' Momma likes pedicures and gossip mags, Daddy likes watching sweaty grown men pummel each other while drinking cheap bud lights. We all have our things.

Here's Layla dressed in Daddy's favorite team's gear. I figured it was the only way for her to get any attention from him during the Bears first game.

p.s. I made her hairbow out of a $0.29 piece of felt from the craft store.  I'm feeling very proud about it.
