Easter Egg Hunt

Have I told you all yet how much I love our play group?  Because I love our playgroup.  Joining a playgroup is seriously my number one tip for maintaining some sort of sanity in motherhood.  Layla gets friends, I get friends and I can say things like "sorry I'm late I was cleaning poop out of her hair," and no one bats an eye.  We are lucky enough to have a very active playgroup and see them 2-3 times a week.

Yesterday our playgroup had an Easter Egg hunt for the little ones.  Layla had a great time, even if she didn't totally get it.  She would find an egg, realize it had a snack in it and sit down and eat the whole snack.  Once she was done with all the cheerios in one egg, she would move on to the next.  So by the time the other kids had filled up their baskets, she only had like 3 eggs. It was a great afternoon with some great babies and mommies.
