All You Need is Love

Happy Valentines Day!  I hope you all spent the day giving and receiving love!  Here's a little photo montage of how we spent Layla's first Valentine's day!

This morning we made a special valentine for Daddy:

I taped off "I Love You" with painters tape and then let her go to town.  When it dried I pulled off the tape.

Things got a little messy, so we needed to clean up.

I don't like being dirty.

Yay, I'm clean again! 

Taking a bath during the day sure is funny.

Good as new!

Now that she was all clean, she wanted to give her best buddies some valentines day love.

I made all her food in the form of hearts today:

Raspberry Pancakes for breakfast. I add in a little greek yogurt when I make pancakes for protein.

Black bean and cheese whole wheat quesadilla for lunch. 

Tofu and Spinach muffin for dinner.

Daddy with his Valentine from Layla.  Layla with her flowers from Daddy.  I love that he got both Layla and I our own flowers.  I'm 28 and still get a box of chocolates from my Dad on Valentines.

Giving Cashy some V-day love.

This past weekend, my Mom babysat Lay so Mike and I could have a little date night out.  Tonight I wined and dined the hubs with a nice steak dinner for him and veggies for me!  Here we are before our date night:
